Miamisburg Coating was founded in 1984 by Billy G. Sizemore in Miamisburg, Ohio. Billy had been working in the construction accessory industry for over 25 years and saw an opportunity to start his own epoxy coating business.
The company started small, with just a handful of employees and a single coating line. But with Billy's experience and dedication, the company grew quickly. By the mid-1990s, Miamisburg Coating had become a trusted name in the industry, known for its quality work and exceptional customer service.
In 2021, after Billy passed away, his family moved forward to carry on his legacy. Opal, Billy's wife of 62 years, and their son, Timothy, worked tirelessly to keep the company running smoothly. Under their leadership, Miamisburg Coating continued to thrive, and its reputation for quality and service grew.
In March 2023, FC Industries purchased Miamisburg Coating. As a longtime Miamisburg Coating customer, FC Industries recognized that epoxy coating would be a valuable service to offer their own customers. Combining forces would enable both companies to expand their reach. As a result, Miamisburg Coating is now known as MC Coating, Inc., a subsidiary of FC Industries, Inc.

Today, MC Coating is a leading provider of epoxy coatings for a wide range of industries. Conveniently located in Miamisburg, Ohio, their highly skilled and experienced professionals are dedicated to meeting customers' needs.
Despite its acquisition, MC Coating remains a family-operated business, with Opal and Timothy still actively involved in the day-to-day operations. The company's commitment to quality and customer service is as strong as ever, and it continues to be a trusted partner for businesses around the world.
